Your employees have work to do in France. You may need a French representative, help preparing SIPSI or an answer to a question about pay or an inspection. PostingInFrance helps foreign employers prepare their assignments and deal with the questions that arise during the work.
A representative in France for the period your employees are working
When you appoint EUROBC SAS through PostingInFrance, your company has an identified contact in France for the agreed posting period. We provide the liaison and access to applicable documents that form part of the representative’s role, with an agreed route to the records and the responsible person at your company.
That connection matters when an authority needs information about an assignment. The representative must be able to relate the request to the work in France and make the relevant records available.
Representation costs EUR 130 excluding VAT per calendar month started, including up to 10 employees, plus EUR 13 excluding VAT for each additional employee per calendar month. The appointment covers one continuous period; each calendar month touched by that period is charged in full.

Some employers already know whom to designate and what to declare. Others are preparing a first assignment, trying to complete SIPSI or dealing with a request received after the work has begun. You can contact us for the part you need help with.
- SIPSI preparation: get help with the information to enter and the questions that arise while preparing a declaration.
- Inspection assistance: understand a request, organise the relevant records and get help preparing the response.
- HR and payroll advice: discuss employment and pay questions connected with your employees’ work in France.
These services are charged separately at EUR 150 excluding VAT per hour, in units of 0.1 hour: six minutes, or EUR 15 excluding VAT per unit. We agree the work with you before undertaking it. The representative service continues to include the liaison and document access belonging to that role; additional advice and assistance have their own fee.
